Peter is an exceptional training professional whose qualifications include a Diploma in Education, A1 Assessor and V1 Verifier, qualified with a Level 4 NVQ in Fairness, Diversity & Equality Training. Being conscientious, diligent, well organised and thorough, Peter’s delivery is always executed with warmth and inclusiveness to all. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills also enable Peter to get groups to ‘gel’ such that individuals feel comfortable and confident in their ability to succeed.

Peter is able to adapt to new and challenging situations and can provide training in a variety of subjects including Diversity, Fairness and Equality Training Programmes, Conflict Management, Unarmed Defence Tactics, Initial and Advanced Trainer Development Courses, as well as relevant legislation and its implementation.

Peter also has invaluable experience in quality assurance of training products including resources, lesson plans and other training documents. With a strong passion for training and people development combined with over 30 years’ experience as a police officer, Peter is a real asset to Breaking Down Barriers team.
